GB+I is assisting in seeking UK Export Finance to help deliver a luxurious Hilton Hotel in Dubai South for its client Bin Haider Hospitality.
Dubai South is a new city surrounding Al-Maktoum International Airport, which is predicted to become a significant part of the Dubai landscape, and the aviation industry.
The Hilton Hotel, Dubai South is going to be a luxurious, 5 star hotel, comprising of 555 rooms. It will host Hilton's global Spa and Wellness concept, the Eforea Spa and Wellness Centre, as well as a plethora of restaurants, pools and banqueting facilities. The vision is for the hotel to be 'A Pearl set amongst Emeralds, envisioned as Paradise on Earth'.

A twenty-year operating agreement has been negotiated with the Hilton Hotel Group.
